In October of 2009, I decided to take what has been a lifelong hobby of mine and turn it into a locally known passion- Photography. I started doing photos for a few friends, learning from my good friend Brooke Ashley, and watching other photographers... Brooke then told me about the site "I Heart Faces".

I then noticed that they have this wonderful weekly contest that challenges photographer with various themes. I think this is a GREAT way to help me grow as a photographer, as an artist, and as a person! Therefore, I will be participating in these weekly contests!
